WHRV’s HEARSAY WITH CATHY LEWIS TO BROADCAST LIVE FROM WILLIAMSBURG
Public Radio Talk Show Invites Live Audience to Kimball Theatre

Norfolk:  HearSay with Cathy Lewis, the popular noontime call-in talk show heard on 89.5 WHRV, will broadcast live from the Kimball Theatre in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg at Noon, Tuesday, May 23 with a live studio audience.    Host Cathy Lewis welcomes guests Gene Nichol, the new President of the College of William and Mary; Rex Ellis, Vice President of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; Colin G. Campbell, Chairman and President of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; and cast members from Revolutionary City production.
 The public is invited to attend and ask questions during the broadcast.  The event is free, but the public is asked to make reservations by calling 757-889-9105.  The Kimball Theatre offers a number of handicapped and wheelchair accessible seats.

HearSay with Cathy Lewis went on the air in October of 1996.  More than 30,000 listeners tune in to WHRV 89.5FM every Monday through Thursday as host Cathy Lewis talks to guests and invites the community to participate in the discussions, ask questions and share opinions.  The show and its host have won numerous awards, and are included in many “best of” lists compiled throughout the community.
